E-mail marketing is NOT sending bulk mails
Recently 90 billion bulk mails are sent every day. Most of them are filtered by spam filters and delivered to spam boxes instead of inboxes. The ones that could not be filtered and delivered to the inbox, are still annoying the readers. E-mail marketing only works if you do it the right way.
How we do it
Recipient list
We use our customers own permitted e-mail list. and never autogenerated e-mail address lists.
Design
We make graphical email designs and "map" them in HTML. The receiver can choose whether or not he displays the images in his email program (e.g. Outlook, Entourage etc.). We keep the images to the smallest possible size for quick download and not to annoy the receiver.
Before clicking the SEND button
We keep all tracks of recipient lists, to whom the e-mail was sent, when, which content it had etc.. The last thing you would want is your recipients receiving the same e-mail 5 times!
